Job description
Working as a Recruiter for one of the Benson Group brands means you will act as a first benchmark to decide which consultants we work with.
Your core role comprises sourcing, structuring and selecting specialist consultants.
As a Recruiter at Benson Group, you will be responsible for matching specialist consultants with our project requests. You will actively recruit specialist consultants using a variety of headhunting methodologies and build up strong, principled, professional relationships.
You will handle every candidate contact from start to finish, while communicating closely with our Account Managers, who deliver the client requests.
You will report to the Partner & Managing Consultant.
As a Recruiter, you will:
Become a master at attracting, recognizing and hiring consulting talent
Become an expert in relationship building
Garner an exceptional number of contacts and exceptional amount of people knowledge
Learn to immerse yourself in complex structures, fields and positions
Gain insight into how large and very large companies work
Profile
1-3 years’ experience in Recruitment
Impeccable verbal, non-verbal, social and communication skills
Extremely developed listening skills and high sense of empathy
Organised, structured
Self-motivated, talented and enthusiastic
Master or bachelor degree
