We are entering a new growth phase and are seeking Managing Directors who will build and lead our business in new markets, taking full operational ownership and scaling each country operation from the ground up.
This is a senior leadership opportunity for someone who wants to build, grow, and run a business as if it were their own, within a professional and entrepreneurial environment.
As Managing Director, you are fully responsible for the operational and commercial performance of one of the brands of Benson Group.
You will lead the company, build the internal team, expand client relationships, and ensure strong financial performance.
You will communicate closely with the shareholder, who operates from an investor perspective. You will have significant autonomy in running the business, combined with clear performance accountability.
Business Leadership & Growth
Take full responsibility for the daily operations and overall performance of Benson Group
Develop and execute the commercial growth strategy
Expand and strengthen client relationships
Identify new market opportunities and growth segments
Team Building & Leadership
Recruit, select, and build a high-quality internal team (including Talent Partners and Account Managers)
Inspire, coach, and develop team members
Create a performance-driven, professional, and entrepreneurial culture
Ensure clear roles, accountability, and high execution standards
Operational Excellence
Drive the overall performance and effectiveness of intermediation activities across the business
Safeguard margin discipline and commercial quality
Establish scalable and efficient business processes
Ensure operational stability and predictability
Financial & Performance Responsibility
Full P&L responsibility
Monitor and improve revenue growth, profitability, and cash performance
Report key metrics and progress regularly
Operate within agreed budgets and financial frameworks
We are looking for a mature and grounded business builder, not a corporate manager.
Strong experience in consulting, staffing, recruitment, or professional services
Demonstrated P&L responsibility
A track record of building or scaling teams or business units
Strong commercial instinct and execution focus
The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational leadership
